You Don't Ask You Don't Get
So, we are heading in to the last session of stage 3.
It's been the toughest stage yet, this is down to the amount of time that Amelia has to spend in hospital. I say it's been the toughest yet but Amelia has coped with it so well, so has Tracyann, as I've said before the Royal Marsden is a wonderful place but it's also a place that can wear you down, neither have shown signs of this, it just proves how strong they both are.
Amelia has been to school and also having home tuition, she has loved having a teacher on a one to one basis and this has helped enormously, funny enough the tutor is an old school pupil of Hartsdown! A familiar face to a lot of ex Hartsdown!
The main reason for blogging really is to give a bit of credit where it's due. Back in July we had an incident with some hospital transport supplied by G4S, I won't go into detail but it was an incident that had a direct effect on Amelia. The system through our journey has been world class but this occasion caused enough for us to complain.
As I said, I won't go into detail but today we recieved an email from the Operation Director at G4S donating £50 to CLIC Sargent and G4S communication team asking there staff to donante to the Just Giving Page - Princess Amelia. This is a wonderful gesture from them and one that I think should be marked with a mention, so thank you G4S.
We are looking forward to the Quizmas Quiz this Friday where we hope to raise some more money to this wonderful charity.
Thanks for stopping by, again!
